WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We offer a $12.95 per delivery Australia wide.  There is no minimum purchase order amount for this offer.

Free shipping Australia wide is available when you spend over $250. We've worked hard to keep our shipping costs low for you and these offers may change from time to time.

Alternatively, we also have our Ozmah™ stores, which you can shop from (no shipping required!).

 

WHY CAN'T I RETURN head wear or TIGHTS FOR CHANGE OF MIND?

You can, but only if they are faulty. Otherwise there are two reasons why we can't accept returns for tights. Firstly, for hygiene reasons and secondly to stop this product going to landfill. Each time a pair of tights is returned to us, we cannot re-use it so it ends up in landfill, which we are committed to reducing.

As a member you'll pretty much have the run of the place. You can:

IS MY PERSONAL DATA SAFE IF IT CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

ARE MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DETAILS SAVED?

No, we don't save any of your payment details which means you will have to enter them each time you place an order, but at least you know there's no risk.

 

I'M NOT SURE I'VE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED MY ORDER

When you have successfully completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive an email, please get in touch with our Customer service.   Be sure to check your spam or junk folder first.

 

I NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

You can create a new return request using our easy online returns system. If you can't remember whether you place your order as a member or a guest, check the bottom of your order confirmation email.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping notification email to keep you in the loop. For Australian deliveries the email will contain your shipping tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website

 

International delivery takes between 5-10 working days. If you'd like an updated on the status of your order, please in touch with our Customer service who will help you track it down.

This is why it is important to include accurate postage details as well as a valid email and phone number.

  

WHAT IS A PROMO CODE?

A promo code is a series of numbers and letters that gives you to a specific discount or percentage off your purchase when entered at the shopping cart.

An example of a promo code could be, "enter promo code '123ABC' in the shopping cart to receive x% off". This promo would come with certain terms and conditions and will often be time sensitive.

Promo codes are not to be confused with gift vouchers, which need to be entered at final payment stage of checkout.

 

I FORGOT TO ADD A PROMO CODE TO MY ORDER. CAN IT STILL BE APPLIED?

Unfortunately, Not. Promo codes can only be applied in the shopping cart screen at time of purchase.

WHAT IS AN ONLINE REVIEW?

We love hearing feedback on our products, because as a valued customer your opinion is important to us. We've provided some guidelines to make sure that your feedback remains helpful to other customers as well. To keep it fair and consistent we only post reviews that are in adherence with these guidelines. Here's an idea of how best to do it:

  • Keep feedback based on the product only and your experience of using the product. E.g. size, fabric, how it makes you feel?
  • Be honest - tell us what you like about the product and what you don't like about the product.
  • Keep it clean, get to the point and provide helpful feedback for others.
  • We are not about anything offensive, racist, crude, so inappropriate comments won't be posted accordingly.
  • To protect your privacy, we can't post any personal information, so use of a nickname for the review is the best way to go. Links to other websites and references to other retailers is also potentially misleading to visitors, so we won't post this info either.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PROFILE DETAILS?

You must sign in using the "sign in"  link in the top right-hand corner of the Ozmah™ website.  Once you're signed in, you can change your preferences anytime via your account under 'My Account' where you can review and update your details and preferences.

 

I'VE FORGOTTEN MY OZMAH PASSWORD

Simply click on the link in the top right-hand corner of www.ozmah.com and click on the 'Forgot password' link, and you'll be prompted to enter your email address. We'll send you a new password to your email address.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY OZMAH PASSWORD?

Sign in using the Ozmah "sign in" link in the top right-hand corner of the home page. Once you're signed in, click on 'My Account' in the top right-hand corner and once on this page click 'Account Information' and tick the 'Change Password' option. Simply enter your existing password, your preferred new password, confirm it and click 'Submit'.

 

I DON'T WANT TO RECEIVE ANY EMAILS

Email is the best way for us to communicate Ozmah information and deals to you - if you want to unsubscribe from email you can, but we won't be able to offer you any exclusive deals or up and coming promotions without being able to email you! You can change your preferences anytime via your online account when you are signed in under 'My Account' and then 'My Preferences'.
